About pricing
How is pricing worked out?
Every quote is based on your setup: how many locations and legal entities you have, the systems they run on, and the services you need. Tell us about your business and we’ll send a monthly price.
I have several locations or LLCs.
Each location gets its own books and reports, with a combined view across all of them. Multiple locations and entities are priced together in one quote.
Do I still need Xero or QuickBooks?
No. Your books live in Finato, and your CPA gets everything they need from us. We move your history across first and check that every month matches before you switch.
Do you handle payroll or taxes?
Not today. Finato provides bookkeeping and reports, and we send your CPA a year-end package; your CPA prepares and files your returns. If you need help with payroll, sales tax or tax preparation, mention it in the form and we’ll talk through your options.
